LRTMRT Live (“the Service”) is an independent, community-powered board for Klang Valley rail incidents and chat. It is not affiliated with Rapid KL, Prasarana, KTMB, or MyRapid PULSE.

1. Acceptable use

You may submit anonymous incident reports and chat messages that are truthful to the best of your knowledge. Do not post spam, harassment, personal data of others, illegal content, or deliberately false safety information.

2. Device identity

We assign a device id so you can change your votes and so we can restrict abusive devices. This is not a login account.

3. Chat profile

To send chat messages you must join with a nickname, a telephone number and your gender. All three are required. Only a masked nickname (e.g. n*****e) is shown to other users. Your telephone number and gender are stored for service analysis only; they are never shown publicly and never sent to other users. If you close your chat account, your profile history (including these details) is retained by us.

Optional live location is used only to attach a nearby line label when you are close to a station; precise coordinates are not shown publicly.

4. Content licence

By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and moderate your reports and messages for operating the Service.

5. Official alerts

Links to MyRapid PULSE or other operator sources are for convenience. Always verify critical travel decisions with the operator.

6. Suspension

We may mute or ban a device id that violates these terms, without notice when needed to protect users.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Crowd reports and chat can be wrong or delayed. You use the information at your own risk.
